Description
Out with the old and in with the new as of November 14, 2022! Skip-A-Beat was given a face lift and it is adorable. Come relax on our front porch and watch the sunrise over the gulf waters. Open floor plan with spacious living/dining/kitchen area that will accommodate the entire family. It is located directly on Hwy 1 across from the beach. Beach access #6 right across the street and plenty room for boat parking. Downstairs area has a locked storage for tenant use along with a half bath and two picnic tables. We welcome pets to our camp, just be sure to make your pet fee payment arrangements with management for your pet when booking. Cable T.V. in Living Room and Wifi included at location. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.8 Blackberry Lane.

No complaints at all. Ive now used the 3 biggest rental companies on the island and this one was the best! I didnt not have to try and get in touch with them to get the lockbox codes like I do the others when I got on the island they sent me an email the day before.

Booking online was very easy. The payments came out exactly as they said they would, I was given email ahead of time to remind me of the payment process. The one thing that stood out to me was the advanced emails of the check in process. A big anxiety point for me is being able to get the access code on time. They had given me email two days before the check in date with the information. That removed the stress and made the drive or enjoyable.

I've read a lot of reviews that start out wow or amazing, but this place truly fits that description. First off, it's easy to find. When you go exploring the island finding your way back is easy. The house is set up in comfortable way you feel relaxed the minute you enter. Beach access is nearby, and they have a binder and map to help locate everything on the island. The pictures you see are 100% accurate, I will stay at this location again.

We had a guys trip to Grand Isle and found this place online. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The house was big enough for all of us to hang out and have fun. Having the downstairs bathroom was a huge plus for us. We didn't have to go upstairs every time we needed to go. Bonus was an ice machine vending station at the front of the place. Didn't have to go far to get ice.

We stayed at the property for 4 days and 3 nights and the location was perfect. We started with coffee on the front deck while looking at the Gulf each morning which was so relaxing. The house was a great size for my family with plenty of room. The house was exceptionally clean and accommodating. It felt like our home away from home. We cant wait to come back!
