Description
Owner has opened 2 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and another laundry area for the 2024 season, more pictures coming in the next month. Patriot House is a double-level house with three decks. A perfect setup for two families who want more personal space! This house had the perfect place to have your coffee and watch the sunrise! The roadside deck will have great views of the sunset. On the main level (2nd floor) you will find one full,one half bath, a full kitchen and three bedrooms. The main level has door access to both the road side deck, screened in area, the main level deck and the look out deck. The top level (3rd floor) you will find 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, washer/dryer and a kitchen. This set of stairs will bring you to the screened in area, main level deck and look out deck. The main deck on the look out deck have great beach views. Perfect place to have your coffee and watch the sunsets! Living room and bedrooms have a Smart T.V. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.3 Apple Lane.
Access to this top level (3rd floor) is from the deck on the road side. There is no interior stairs to get to the two living levels. To get to the all other decks from the top level you must go through the main level or walk outside to a different set of stairs.
