Description
Great for a family getaway! This 5 bedroom house includes one Master Suite with King bed and a private bathroom is located on the beachfront. In addition you will find 4 other bedrooms giving you a total of 10 beds. The downstairs is a perfect screened in area when your not fishing or playing on the beach to hang out with family and friends. Be sure to make arrangements with management for your pet when booking this camp, there is an extra charge to bring pets. They now have a large covered deck facing beach with new deck furniture to hang out and enjoy beautiful sunrises or beach views. Location offers Smart TV with streaming option onbly in Living Room and Wi-Fi throughout place. Also offers an outdoor opened area shower head to rinse off before entering from beachside entry. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.3 Apple Lane.
Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

We will definitely be back what a great place to stay! 1000% southern hospitality on the whole island. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for something comfortable and close to everything. Beach access and restaurants. Check out beach bum rentals for all your buggy/golf cart needs.

The property was perfect for our large group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well stocked, and living areas were roomy and comfortable. The outside back deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf/beach view. At the time of our say, Olive Lane beach access was closed off for levee repair, closest open access was Apple Lane, about a 2 minute walk or quick drive. Olive Lane beach access is close/one property over when open.

Island Realty made it so easy to rent, and had very clear instructions. Before renting they kept in contact about tis property because it was under construction. We for sure will rent through them again!

The Pepsi camp was better than we could have imagined! So spacious! 10 Adults and we never felt crowded. Oh and the AC didn't get turned below 72, it was so cold in there! The back deck was perfect every morning and evening. Down stairs was nice to have all of that room screened in, and a nice big table to work on fishing poles and mixing drinks. The close beach crossing was great.

The Pepsi Camp had a practical floorplan considering how many it sleeps. The kitchen was well-equipped with every possible utensil. The A/C was very efficient, the ice machine is convenient, the outdoor cooking options are prevalent and the beach is VERY close. It's nice not to have to worry about making sure you have everything when you go out to the beach, since the camp is only a 90-second walk back. And the camp provides beach toys/umbrellas/chairs and a wagon to pull it all in. There is plenty of parking and lots of space to entertain. ***PET FRIENDLY!*** The only negatives, both minor, I can think of are relatively low water pressure and tiny bathrooms. Although this may be more of me being too big than the bathrooms being too small. When I had questions before my stay, the property managers were very responsive and even went to the camp to make sure it had what I was asking for. The Pepsi Camp will absolutely be my first choice when I return to the island.
