Excellent communication. Directions provided for starting the vacation and ending the vacation. All necessary information was provided multiple times.

This was our 2nd year in a row at this location. It has become our camp of choice. We have come to the island 15 years in a row. This is the best camp we stayed in as we have tried many different camps. We are hoping for a 3rd trip in 2026.

Clean. Excellent location. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. 2 refrigerators essential to store all of our groceries. Lift was great for loading and unloading vehicles.

Property lived up to its billing with great large gulf view living area and huge lot for cars, boats, trailers etc.

Everything was clean and worked.

Island Realty was 100% on it. The informational emails were timely with all details on the property. We locked ourself out of the camp one day and Island Realty was there within 30 minutes to open the camp.

Our family stay created lifetime memories. We had a group of 10 with grandparents, adult kids and grandbabies. We pitched our tent on the beach, surf fished, set crab traps, swam in the waves and relaxed. The kids had a blast.

The location looks great. Has amenities at another level. Plenty of covered area to avoid the shed. Has a lift. Electric shutters. A great view of the gulf from the master bedroom.

Ive rented from Island Realty for yrs and have never had an issue. When theres a problem at one of the rentals (drains, broken oven, etc), they have always acted as quickly as possible to resolve whatever may have come up.

Absolutely beautiful and provided adequate space for my large family. The only thing missing was a swing, or some sort of seating downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our week!

Our stay was amazing!

This expansive property was perfect for our stay. Came for a wedding weekend and hosted extended family. Plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms. Kitchen with that long island was so easy to cook and serve. Little porch on the beach was private and had amazing views up and down the beach. We just sat inside and with the wall to wall windows could see down the dunes. The lift was efficient and so useful for loading supplies in and out. Parked our rental golf cart easily under the camp on the concrete. We ate crabs from Carmadelles on the deck at one of the two picknick tables. Just perfect. Highly recommended

Captain Black was amazing. Awesome parking, actual bedrooms instead of bunk rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Even the pots and pans were better than expected!! I would stay here again and have recommended it to friends. Th amount of common space is amazing. This camp is the best for large families/groups, and Ive rented plenty of them over the years.

Huge place, Great for multiple families. The tool room area had lot of extra stuff for even more fun. Some of the storm windows do not open but luckily that did not block the ocean side view. Very pleased with our stay, we will be back!
