Located near Bridgeside Marina and across the highway from Wakeside Marina, Camp Castaway is perfect for those looking for easy access to launch facilities and beach facilities. Camp Castaway has a great view of the gulf and access to the beach is a short walkaway. This house is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer, dryer, cable tv and wifi. On the rear deck you will find a swing and a hammock. Downstairs you will find a great place to clean your fish and an outdoor shower. Location offers two smart T.V.'s that offer cable and Roku for your enjoyment. Note: this location has window units for A/C and space heaters for heat.

Christie was fast and responsive. Walk to the beach was as described. Very cozy clean warm home. The space heaters do a wonderful job. My only thing I didnt like and thats just my opinion, Ive stayed at a lot of air bnb , is we had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies trash bags toilet paper etc.

We all had an amazing time and the property was great! The location and the view were perfect! There was nine of us and we were all comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of bedding and bath towels. The window AC units and the WIFI worked great. We spent the biggest part of our days fishing and watching the dolphins and the pelicans. Our stay at Camp Castaway in Grand Isle was a wonderfully splendid family getaway! It is such a beautiful place! We are already making plans to go back:))

We love the convenience of the check in and check our process. We also loved the supplies that were already in the camp left the use.

Our check in was extremely easy and convenient! The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The only problem we had (which wasnt a big deal) was the lack of outlets in the down stairs area under the camp. We loved the camp itself and the supplies that were already in the camp. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked again with Island Realty because of the convenience.
