This camp offers a spacious open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas perfect for gathering the whole family. Conveniently located directly on Hwy 1, just across from the beach. Plenty of parking, including space for boats and lights under the house for added convenience. Nearest golf cart crossover: #4.8 Blackberry Lane.

The inside was exactly as it appeared in the pics. Clean, cozy and great view of the ocean from the deck. Outside looked a bit rough in spots however it appeared there was construction/repairs underway.

Great spot, good times Overall great location Owner looks like slowly renovating camp. I suggest updating living room furniture, but keep that card table. Enjoyed having a bathroom downstairs, fishing and crabbing were excellent. Teens had a great time with others there age.
