With direct access to fishing, crabbing, and boating, this camp is the perfect spot for families, fishermen, and anyone looking to enjoy Grand Isle’s beautiful sunsets and laid-back charm. Relax on the partial covered deck or spend the evening watching the sunset over the bay from the porch area. The bulkheaded waterfront offers easy access for fishing and crabbing — day or night.

Great place to stay:) Not the first nor the last time here! We love fishing Grande Isle and love to bring approx 10 guys for some inshore and offshore fishing. We do some kayak fishing and theres not many places you can just launch from the camp and be in some beautiful marshes catching monster Reds in minutes from leaving the camp. Theres ample room to tie up boats and everything you need is provided here. Ive done this trip for approx 12 years and the Purple Pelican is my fav camp for us!!

This camp is in a great spot for fishing Grand Isle. Its right across from an opening in the marsh, so you can easily shoot into a protected run if the weather turns bad, or make a quick and mostly sheltered run over to Bridgeside Marina. Way easier than staying on the island. Plenty of room to keep two boats at the dock, theres a solid cleaning station, and the camp itself is super comfortable and easy to stay in.

Had a wonderful time, there was so much to do and the views were spectacular. The home was so modern and spacious with everything we needed. We were able to kayak, crab and fish right off the boardwalk. The large upper deck was wonderful with a large picnic table (enjoyed some crawfish from Carmadelles!), eating crawfish and watching the sunset, what more could anyone want? Will return for sure! I had a large group and we had so much room for relaxing. Thank you!

Perfect location for crabbing, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking! We did all this right off the camps, boardwalk super clean and roomy and modern with everthing we needed. This is a great place for a large group with plenty of beds and bedding and places to relax including a large picnic table on the deck facing the water . The sunsets were amazing ! We will be returning every year if not more and wil be telling all our Grand Isle loving friends about it ! Awesome time !

This was a very nice and spacious rental and very up-to-date. The access to fishing and crabbing out of the front door was excellent! The only drawback was too many bunk beds. Other than that, it is an outstanding rental.
