The camp was very clean and spacious. Has all of the amenities you need. Awesome views of the gulf.

We really enjoyed our stay. We went for a week long fishing trip in October. The covered patio was great. It had a sink for cleaning your fish. A picnic table and a swing for those that want to chill while the husbands clean the fish. It also has a storage room where you can store any and all your belongings that don't go in the house such as Boat gear, fishing rods, coolers or beach stuff. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite breakfast, lunches for dinners. Take your binoculars and take your seat at the top deck outside. We enjoyed having a cold adult beverage while relaxing after a long day of fishing. It really cool watching the shrimping boats pass by. The house is an easy walking distance to the beach. We loved walking at night and seeing all the ghost crabs come out. There is plenty of restaurants on Grand Isle to eat at. Our favorite became Hurricane Hole. Middle October seemed to be the perfect month for us to go. It wasn't crowded and the fishing was good. Christie's house was really cute and had something for everyone, even little kids.

Great location!!!! Very close walk from the backyard to the beach. With toddlers in tow being so close was extremely convenient. Awesome balcony, spacious kitchen, huge backyard, pet friendly and to top it off perfect weather and the beach was amazing. Super clear water. Supermarket very close with everything!! Love this community! Best family vacation yet!!

Our stay at the Grand Isle Pardner over 2020 New Years was great for my family of 4. The beach house is perfectly located and within walking distance of the grocery store. We look forward to our return trip!
