Outdoor Living & Waterfront Access
Downstairs, you’ll find an inviting space perfect for cooking, dining, and gathering with friends and family after a day on the water.
- 50 feet of water access with a private dock
- Water depth: approx. 3’–4’ at high tide, 2’–3’ at low tide
- Water faucet hose on dock for cleaning gear or rinsing off
- Fish cleaning station
- Boiling equipment and propane tank (tenant responsible for refilling)
- Gas (propane) BBQ pit
- Ice machine onsite (newly installed)
- Swing, chairs, and a picnic table for outdoor relaxation
- Crab catching is available in the canal across the street
Boating & Parking
- Easy boat access from your private dock
- Parking available under the camp or in front (for vehicles or boat trailers)
- Please note: No parking allowed in the lot next door
- Marinas nearby for convenient boat launching
